In February 2016, IBM announced it was restructuring its global Partner Program, refining the existing program and introducing new partner levels: Registered, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The new Gold Partner level is reserved for those providers with the ability to deliver high value transformative solutions and who have achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction, technical and sales certifications, sales success and verified client references.
