This risk-based approach is aimed at minimizing adverse environmental impacts and ensuring sustainable business operations.

Substance Abuse Policy

The Company’s core principles are a customer-centric approach, the implementation of innovative solutions, the delivery of high-quality services, and the support of continuous development.

FOMINOV CONSULTING LLC applies a zero-tolerance policy towards the abuse of alcohol, narcotics, and other psychoactive substances in order to protect the safety of employees, clients, and other stakeholders, as well as to ensure the quality of work and the continuity of services.

Tobacco Use Restriction Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to protect the health of employees, promote a healthy lifestyle, prevent harmful habits, eliminate exposure to second-hand smoke, reduce fire and other safety risks, and ensure the protection of the Company’s property and working environment.

In accordance with fire safety, occupational health, and environmental protection requirements, the use of tobacco products is prohibited in the Company’s administrative buildings, office premises, warehouses, technical rooms, vehicles, and other workplaces. The use of tobacco products is permitted only in specifically designated areas established in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
