Business continuity has always been our priority. This is one of the main criteria of our work with clients – our company should not violate, slow down or negatively affect the business continuity of the customer’s working process. But what kind of company would we be if we ourselves did not follow this principle.

During this difficult time for the whole world, our own business continuity always remained valuable for us and despite all the unexpected circumstances Fominov Consulting team continued working on the development and expansion of the status of the company and the result was not long in coming.

It wasn’t easy and demanded a lot of time, human resources and patience, but we achieved our goal – our company has received ISO 9001:2015 certification. The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is recognized worldwide and obtaining this status aims to provide a practical and workable Quality Management System for improving and monitoring all areas of Fominov Consulting company as the holistic business and therefore the business of our customers.

Achieving the ISO 9001:2015 standard is not only about establishing a set of procedures that are complicated and difficult to manage. The aim is to provide a workable management system that is suitable for our organization.

It also helps us measure client satisfaction and enables us to continually improve our processes to ensure we identify all present customer needs and identify and asses future requirements, as customer satisfaction has always been a fundamental part of our business.

We have seen this transition as an opportunity to make necessary improvements which benefit our business, employees and customers alike. We are pleased that our efforts have been credited and we are motivated to continue to positively engage with the standards as part of our growth.
